This is a hands-on cooking experience. With the guidance of our local chef, Despena, you will have the chance to learn how to make authentic Cretan dishes, using a wide range of fresh, organic ingredients from our garden. You have the option to choose between two different recipes. Fish menu & Meat menu In the end, you will enjoy the dishes you helped prepare, along with our homemade Wine & Raki!
