Hands-on cooking experience! With the guidance of our local chef, you will have the opportunity to learn how to make authentic Cretan dishes, using a wide range of fresh, organic ingredients from our garden. At the end, you will be able to enjoy the dishes you prepared along with our homemade wine and raki! "Seafood Delicacies" every Monday & Friday at 12:30 to 15:30 ● Fish soup Kakavia ● Marinated anchovies on "Dakos" bread ● Steamed Mussels ● Shrimps in tomatoes & feta sauce “Saganaki” ● Sea bream with Cretan greens in the oven ● Loukoumades Our morning catch from local fishermen provides fresh seafood for our menu. Use sea water from our beach for the authentic Cretan fish soup, "Kakavia." Gather greens and lemons from our garden to prepare shrimp, mussels, and sea bream. Finally, savor your culinary creations paired with our farm's wine.
