Hands-on cooking experiences! With the guidance of our local chef, you will have the opportunity to learn how to make authentic Cretan dishes, using a wide range of fresh, organic ingredients from our garden. Choose between five different sets of menus/cooking experiences. At the end, you will be able to enjoy the dishes you prepared along with our homemade wine and raki!

"Seafood Delicacies"

Mondays & Fridays at 12:30 to 15:30

● Fish soup Kakavia

● Marinated anchovies on "Dakos" bread

● Steamed Mussels

● Shrimps in tomatoes & feta sauce “Saganaki”

● Sea bream with Cretan greens in the oven

● Loukoumades

Our morning catch from local fishermen provides fresh seafood for our menu. Use sea water from our beach for the authentic Cretan fish soup, "Kakavia." Gather greens and lemons from our garden to prepare shrimp, mussels, and sea bream. Finally, savor your culinary creations paired with our farm's wine.

● “Kaltsounia” sweets from Chania

Years ago, our daily meals were simple as Mom and Grandma worked in the fields. However, on Sundays, they crafted something special for us. Join us in recreating one of these cherished Sunday meals together.

This menu features the most renowned dishes of Cretan cuisine. Our chef is eager to divulge the secrets of each recipe with you. In the end, savor the fruits of your culinary efforts. Bon appétit!

"Cretan Bread & Pasta"

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 10:00 to 12:30

● Cretan Bread

● Pies with Cretan greens

● Traditional Cretan pasta with Mizithra cheese and smoked pork meat

● "Padoutha” sweet from Chania Region

We will begin by grinding wheat and barley in the old stone hand mill. Mix wheat, barley, and carob flour to create the dough for our preparations. Roll out the dough to craft pies and pasta. Finally, relish the fruits of your labor with our farm's wine.
