Hands-on cooking experiences! With the guidance of our local chef, you will have the opportunity to learn how to make authentic Cretan dishes, using a wide range of fresh, organic ingredients from our garden. At the end, you will be able to enjoy the dishes you prepared along with our homemade wine and raki! "Grandma's Authentic Recipes" every Monday at 12:30 to 15:30 ● Wild greens & mizithra cheese pies ● Zucchini fried balls ● Tzatziki ● Cretan rusk bread “dakos” ● Sizzling goat in the pot with green beans ● “Kaltsounia” sweets from Chania Years ago, our daily meals were simple as Mom and Grandma worked in the fields. However, on Sundays, they crafted something special for us. Join us in recreating one of these cherished Sunday meals together.
